Ordering & Payment
What payment methods does Good Game Vault accept?
We currently accept credit cards and debit cards only. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Installment plans and buy-now-pay-later options are not available at this time.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Good Game Vault uses Stripe for all payment processing — one of the most trusted and widely used payment platforms in the world. Your card details are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe. Good Game Vault never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number or banking information. Your financial data stays between you and Stripe.
Can I cancel my order?
Because our keys are delivered to your Vault almost instantly after payment is confirmed — typically in under one minute — we are unable to cancel orders once payment has gone through. If you have an issue with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at support@ggamev.com.
Keys & Activation
How do I receive my key after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, your game key is automatically delivered to your Vault — your personal in-account library. To access it, you need to be registered and logged in to your Good Game Vault account. You can create an account before shopping or during the checkout process.
How do I activate my key?
Activation steps vary by platform. We have dedicated step-by-step guides for each supported store — just follow the one that applies to you:
Full instructions are also available on the product page under the How to Redeem tab.
What regions are the keys valid for?
Our platform automatically detects your region and prioritizes keys that are compatible with your location. By default, you'll see the most relevant key for where you are.
Some games have keys available for multiple regions. You are free to browse and select any region — however, if a key is not compatible with your region, a clear warning will appear on the product page before you add it to your cart. Please take note of this warning before purchasing, as region-incompatible purchases are non-refundable.

What's the difference between a Base Game, an Edition, and a DLC?
- Base Game — The standard, standalone version of the game. This is what you need to play.
- Edition — A version of the game that includes additional content bundled in — such as a Deluxe Edition or Game of the Year Edition. Editions typically include DLC, bonus items, or extra content as part of the package. You do not need to purchase DLC separately.
- DLC (Downloadable Content) — Additional content for a game you already own, such as new story chapters, maps, characters, or cosmetics. DLC requires the base game to be installed and activated. You cannot play DLC without owning the base game.
Account & Vault
What is the Vault?
The Vault is your personal Good Game Vault library. Every game key you purchase is stored securely in your Vault until you're ready to use it. Think of it as your own digital lockbox — private, secure, and always accessible. Your keys don't go anywhere until you choose to reveal them.
Do my keys expire?
No. Keys stored in your Vault do not expire. They're yours indefinitely, whether you redeem them today or a year from now.
Can I access my Vault from multiple devices?
Yes. Your Vault is tied to your Good Game Vault account, not your device. As long as you're logged in to your account, you can access your keys from any browser or device — desktop, laptop, or mobile.
Refunds & Support
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 14 days of a key being delivered to your Vault, provided the key has not been revealed. Revealing your key voids your refund eligibility — you will see a warning on screen before you reveal. For full details, please read our Refund Policy page.
My key doesn't work — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact our support team at support@ggamev.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, the platform you're trying to activate on, and a description of the error you're seeing. Our team will investigate and get back to you within 2–3 business days. Please do not attempt to activate the key multiple times, as repeated failed attempts may flag the key on the platform's end.
How do I contact support?
You can reach us at support@ggamev.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–3 business days.
General
Are Good Game Vault's keys legitimate?
Yes, without question. Good Game Vault is a legitimate digital game key reseller. All keys in our catalog are sourced through verified, reputable distributors and publishing partners. Every key is genuine, fully functional, and will activate on its respective platform without issues.
Is Good Game Vault safe to buy from?
Yes. We're a New York City-based business with a strong commitment to transparency, security, and customer satisfaction. Payments are secured by Stripe, your keys are stored in a private Vault, and our support team is here if anything ever goes wrong. We don't deal in grey-market or dubious sources — full stop.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
That's actually what we're built on. Good Game Vault doesn't sell games at full retail price — discounted pricing is the entire point. Every game in our catalog is priced below what you'd pay at the official store. We also run flash deals, seasonal promotions, and curated sales regularly, so keep an eye on the storefront for the best prices.
