Refund Policy
We stand behind the products we sell. Here's exactly when and how we issue refunds.
Our Commitment
At Good Game Vault, we stand behind the products we sell. All keys in our catalog are genuine and sourced through verified distributors. If something goes wrong on our end, we want to make it right.
Refund Eligibility Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of a key being delivered to your Vault, subject to the conditions outlined below.
The Key Reveal Condition
Your Vault stores your purchased keys securely. When you choose to reveal a key, you will see a clear on-screen warning informing you that revealing your key voids your refund eligibility.
Once a key has been revealed, it is no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This policy exists because a revealed key may have already been copied and used — we have no way to verify its status after it leaves your Vault. This is standard practice across all legitimate digital game key retailers.
If you do not intend to use a key immediately, we strongly recommend leaving it unrevealed in your Vault until you are ready.
Valid Grounds for a Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following situations, provided the key has not been revealed:
- The key was never delivered to your Vault following a successful payment.
- A technical error on our platform resulted in an incorrect product being delivered.
- The key is demonstrably invalid or non-functional (reported before revealing, where applicable).
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@ggamev.com within the 14-day eligibility window. Please include:
- Your registered email address.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The key has been revealed.
- The 14-day eligibility window has passed.
- You purchased the wrong region key and were shown a region warning on the product page prior to purchase.
- You purchased a DLC without owning the required base game.
- The game does not meet your personal expectations or preferences.
- Your account or device does not meet the game's system requirements.
